Team Elite

The Elite Team is a high-level program to develop the players for ATP, WTA and ITF circuits. Our coaching team will design training sessions to engage you in the day-to-day reality of the pro circuit.

This program is run by our Head Coach, João Cunha-Silva. The coaches and fitness trainers are chosen to prepare the players (according to level and criteria established by our Head Coach) for the needs of the circuit.

Elite Team players are accompanied to at least 8 tournaments a year by a personal coach with a group of max 4 players.


Program

Personalized Training
4 hours minimum of tennis a day organized with coach, plus 1 or 2 hours private training a week
Between 8 - 20 tournaments accompanied by coach per year
